We are sorry for your frustration with this issue. Unfortunately, our office no longer works with Aetna. So this would have been billed as an OUT OF NETWORK visit. We had to make the tough decision on no longer accepting Aetna because the Insurance Provider averaged 213 days to pay Dr. for his work. Again, sorry for the frustration you had with our office.
