      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

      Dr. Hoover says...

Our practice focuses on providing state of the art care while understanding the specific needs of each patient.  We will work with patients, their families, referring physicians and other specialists to develop a comprehensive plan to diagnose, treat and follow up your cardiac problems.  We all practice general cardiology, but complement each other with certain areas of expertise.  I personally specialize in coronary artery disease and interventional procedures such as stents.  My partners focus on arrhythmias, structural heart problems such as valvular heart disease or imaging procedures to accurately diagnose problems of the heart.  We will work together to make sure that you understand your diagnosis and we will develop a plan of care that aims to improve your quality of life.
