He actually tried to belittle me in a passive manner and repeatedly asked me the same question, as if my symptoms would somehow change. I have been to the office twice to see Dr. Hecht. He is direct and focused on his work. This approach helped me remember my questions that I wanted to ask him. He was also positive to me personally and kind.
