Over an hour wait with no patients. Watching the doctor and his staff standing around laughing, talking about what their plans for the weekend. Very irritating!!

Didn't have my interest at heart. He wouldn't listen to my concerns and when I needed his help as my Doctor he let me down. Breached my trust and confidentiality.
