This is Dr. Burkhart responding to the review posted on 6/14/2016 "I am sorry that you feel this way. I give patients an info sheet for each skin problem they have. I also review the information with patients prior to writing the scripts. My treatments must be given a week before patients claim they are not responding to it. I ask patients to return so I may see and document the progress and response to treatment."

I can understand the frustration a patient feels when medicine does not yet have a cure for his/her particular disease. In this case, I provided an information sheet giving the name of the entity and present knowledge. When medicine does not always have the perfect remedy, frustration can occur."
This is Dr. Burkhart responding to the review posted on 03/25/16 "I am sorry that you feel this way and would like to clear up a few misconceptions. My office has been advised that if we use blue pens for some paperwork, we can more easily differentiate the original from a copy. I have never been an office that requires a patient to allow the physician to make a copy of their credit card prior to seeing them."
