Dr. McLeroy is a very good doctor, but she has one office associate that not very pleasant, she even hung the phone up, and never follow through with your referrals, she needs to get training on assisting patients.

Dr. McLeroy is personable and friendly. However, her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. On two separate occasions, one year apart, the staff had to be called repeated times to send required documents to professionals. The first time a release was required for a surgical hospital to perform day surgery (the documents weren't sent until the last possible moment before they were going to cancel the surgery) and the second time was for a simple order required by the lab for blood work, which was needed prior to a a wellness exam with Dr. McLeroy (the document was NEVER sent, nor were any of my subsequent phone calls returned). This blatant lack of urgency and concern for the patient is unacceptable. Those instances propelled me to find another doctor and to end of my affiliation with her office.

Very disappointed and felt disrespected. After 40 minutes she came into the room and said she would be 5 minutes and then after 20 minutes I left. She was recommended to me by one of my specialists and his nurse and I did relay my experience to their office. The reason she gave did not match what I observed. It was my understanding that I was the first appointment although another patient was seen first.
