I went to Dr. Ponder September 2013. I haven't been out of pain sence. My knee hperextends. It some times just gives way and I fall. Dr. Ponder him self is a very good person. And I am very sure a good Dr. He just didn't do any thing but bad for me. I am not going to give up. I will go back to see him, then I am going to get a second opinion.
