Questioning why some medication was prescribed with no change in diagnosis. After hospital visit, communication was impossible!

Staff psychiatrist at The Ranch (previously Brightwater Landing.) She overprescribed my son (put him on duplicate medications with potentially very dangerous consequences) . No treatment was provided for his symptoms of overdose. Then, he went through withdrawal symptoms because no medications were prescribed upon discharge. Poor communication skills.
