Consultation yesterday for hip replacement and could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and bedside manner. He listened and answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I am surprised that health grade does not show as "frequently treated" hip replacements as he stated that 40% of his surgeries are hip replacements.

It was a good experience. I have had a 11 year problem with knee and It band tightness. He gave me his opinion on my current treatment. I want very much to be on the right track and stop having to see doctors.

Dr. Wellborn was very helpful and knowledgeable. He found the source of knee pain that had been bothering me for some time and has prescribed a path that doesn’t involve surgery. His staff was great and very efficient with time as well.

Dr Wellborn discussed continued use of cortisone shots in my shoulders for pain. I explained that at my age surgery was not an option. After taking xrays, he felt the shots would help my bursitis. Dr Wellborn is always very cautious.

I visited Dr. Wellborn for arthritic shoulder and knees. After examining my knees, he decided that they needed attention first. When I arrived for my appointment yesterday, I was in a wheelchair, this morning I am walking without my cane. Dr. Wellborn is an outstanding physician!
