I became a doctor in Scotland, UK at age 22 in 1967. After 5 years in hospital residencies and general practice in Scotland I became a member of medical staff at the Lockwood Clinic Toronto, Canada for 5 additional years. In 1978 I moved to Port Arthur, Texas where I have been in continuous practice for almost 40 years. Awards include: MB, ChB with a prize in clinical medicine and three certificates of merit first class. Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London. Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, London. Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada Passed four exams of the American Board of Family Practice. Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. I enjoy family life. I have a wonderful wife and two small children and 5 adult children. I practice playing classical music on the piano daily. I enjoy the cows and horses on our farm in the country. I have cut my own hay for about 40 years. I enjoy being a doctor and helping people.
