What People Say About Dr. Cole Flanagan, MD

Dr. Flanagan was angry and looking to verbally abuse someone when he came into the room. I came in for treatment for an ovarian cyst. I was treated like a criminal on the witness stand. I asked if I had offended him in some way to which he didn’t respond. If you want a doctor who rolls his eyes at you, interrupts you, makes you feel like a worthless waste of his time, then this is the doc for you. As I left in tears, I asked a nurse if I could speak with an office manager and he came around the corner and yelled at me that he WAS the office manager.

I have been seeing Dr. Flanagan for about 8 years. He has delivered my two children and been with me through a miscarriage. I have referred several friends and family members to him because I think he is great at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone needing OB/GYN care in Tyler!
