I had a big toe fusion and hammer toe correction in 12/2018. Dr. Woods explained all of my options prior to surgery. He also answered all of my questions before surgery and after surgery. ( I had a lot questions at each visit) Great bed side manner and very knowledgeable in his field. I had a great experience with the surgery and am very thankful and grateful to have had Dr. Woods as my surgeon.

This doctor I would not recommend to my dog. I saw Dr Woods at least 6 times with pain in both feet for months. Had mris done and a nerve test which he referred me to. He then asked me to go for a second opinion because he didn’t know what was wrong. I went then a few months later I asked to see Dr Woods for another issue. He sent me a certified letter withdrawing from my care to treat me. Do not go to this incompetent doctor.

I had been experiencing pain in my ankle for about a year & had seen other Dr's but continued having pain. I was referred to Dr Wood and at my 1st appointment with him, he quickly diagnosed the problem & explained my options. I elected to have surgery, its now been 6 months and I feel fully recovered with no more pain in my ankle. The office staff was friendly and professional through out my treatment. I highly recommend Dr Wood & his office of professionals for your Orthopedic Needs

After I broke my leg I can say that I was very lucky to find Dr. Woods and have him handle my surgery, and my whole recovery process, which wasn't so simple. He's very knowledgeable, always spending time listening to my concerns, and explaining every detail of my surgeries and following ups on my recovery. Dr. Woods and his wonderful staff made the whole process much easier, from the start to end.

I was one of Dr. Woods' first patients when he came to Dr. Gelb's practice in 2013. He is incredibly personable, goes out of his way to explain complex procedures to his patients and their families, and follows up with personal phone calls. He has taken on my COMPLEX medical situation and ensured my safety through three ankle surgeries. Sadly I recently relocated to Phoenix, but plan on returning to Boca when it is time for my total ankle replacement...Because I trust him completely!

He was very kind and as far as I know, he was very honest and helpful. I am very grateful that he made my scar look so good, rather than stapling, he sewed from inside and also glued.

13 months ago Dr. Woods took care of me through surgery and rehab of an awful calcaneal fracture. He is always pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. The surgery was a success; I am now back to doing everything I did before (except falling through attic flooring!). Can’t thank him enough for his through and compassionate care.

One and a half years ago I had severe arthritis in my left ankle. I spent most of my time sitting and faced the prospect of not being able to walk at all. In March 2017, Dr. Woods fused that ankle and today I am able to walk as much as I want. I am no longer chair bound. My visits to Dr. Woods wee always pleasant. He is a very nice man who shows genuine care for his patient.

For 9 months I was treated by Dr. Woods & his staff for a Lisfranc fracture. It was a very traumatic life event & Dr. Woods was my light at the end of the tunnel. From our very first interaction, Dr. Woods disarmed me & made me feel very comfortable & confident that I was in great hands. Dr. Woods calmed my nerves & explained to me in great detail each & every step I was to face throughout my surgeries and journey. Dr. Woods has truly redefined the definition of first class! Impeccable service!

Overall awesome experience with Dr. Woods and the office staff. I went to him for surgery on my bunion. Pre and Post Op I felt like everyone genuinely cared about my recovery. He is firm in his instructions for recovery, but it is because he genuinely wants you to recover and heal properly. Which I definitely appreciated. During appointments he was patient, thorough, and really explained x-rays so you were able to understand what you were looking at. Highly recommend!
