In my experience I believe Dr. Baird is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to explain everything, always answers questions, and truly cares. His bedside manner is awesome.

When they are dealing with a life threatening issue and he tell the patients parent he doesn't have time to talk to them and answer questions.
