Dr Francis monitored and treated me for leaking valves due to Rhuematic Fever when I lived in Northern Virginia. He is one of the most competent and caring cardiologists that have treated me. I moved to Pennsylvania 5 years ago and I have yet to find a new cardiologist with his level of proficiency and professionalism.

Dr. Francis is a superb physician with a gentle, yet professional manner. He has been treating my husband's congenital heart condition for more than 30 years, and we have always been more than satisfied with his service. Did you know that he is a country-western singer? Some years ago, he took a year off his medical practice to devote to performing and recording. He once performed at our church, in a benefit for a local charity!
