I went to Dr. Richardson because she was recommended by a friend when I told her that my AIC was over nine and I could not get it down with medications prescribed by my primary. Dr. Richardson was very attentive. She LISTENED to me and worked with me to get my AIC down. One year later, my AIC is under 7. I recommend her all the time. God bless you Dr. Richardson

My mother was referred to Dr. Richardson. She saw her on June 1st and still hasn't received results from the tests that were done at that time. More tests were done 3 weeks ago, after my mom's primary care insisted that Dr. Richardson see her again. Now my mom is calling every Thursday (the only day Dr. Richardson calls her patients) to request the results. It's ridiculous! I'll be reporting Dr. Richardson to the insurance company because my mom is paying for tests without getting any results.

I am a T1D using an insulin pump. While on vacation my pump broke so I needed a long lasting insulin to use. I called my doctors office which was closed so I opted to have the on call doctor paged. Dr Richardson returned my page. She was rude, insensitive and judgmental. I am not the best patient when it comes to seeing my doctor regularly, I know that, but she was more focused on that than wanting to help me. She cut me off and talked down to me. I needed her help, not her judgment.
