Had my first appointment with Dr. Young a year or more ago. After waiting 2 hours, they finally got me to the back. He spent a TOTAL of 5 minutes examining my knee, told me "It's tracking just fine", and out the door he went. No, a knee that swells up twice the size when wearing heels or walking on a hard surface is NOT normal. I grabbed my purse and tried to find him as I had questions, and all the lights were out in the hallway. Apparently the entire office had shut down; I couldn't even find a person to pay before leaving. Chris Young will not be seeing me again. As a health care provider myself, the entire experience was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. ANY doctor that doesn't take the time to answer questions isn't worth their weight in salt.

Chris Young was the worst Dr I have ever seen He did not listen and help he made assumptions After an MRI of my shoulder, he said I had tendonitis and gave me a shot that did not help When I went back to see him he was rude and said he did what needed to be done and the fact that my shoulder hurt and I had limited range of motion he was of no concern to him. Weeks later I saw a Dr. in LR and he fixed the SEVERE rotator cuff tear I had with an implant. I did not just have tendonitis Mr Young !

Dr Young is a very caring and compassionate surgeon. He replaced my knee last October, and even though I had a few problems (not his fault) with scar tissue, he has taken care of it, and I am walking better than ever now. Thank you, Dr Chris!

Went to Dr. Young recently and had a VERY poor experience. Injured my leg a few days ago and had to go to the St. Vincent ER they referred me to Dr. Young. I called and got an answering machine left a message had to call again the next day and the woman I managed to get a hold of transferred me back to the answering machine I had to call a third time and FINALLY they got an appointment for me to sit in the waiting rooms for an hour and then see the RUDE doc for 5 minutes to be told get an MRI.

I have a hard time calling Chris Young doctor. He did bilateral partial knee replacement on me and broke my leg. It took 3 weeks for him to realize this because after surgery we saw his assistant. After numerous trips to the office and er he finally discovered my tibia was split from the top. The pain was excruciating. He said "I guess I hit it too hard" He also said "I thought you were just being a baby"! He had to replace the knee and fix the broken leg. Then infection set in. Beware!

My son broke his arm, right above his elbow, and needed pins placed in his arm. Dr. Young took such great care of my 5 year old and had a great sense of humor, which allowed my son to relax and not have any anxiety thru the surgery & weeks of appointments to follow. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Young!
