Patient Comments (3)
Dr. Randolph is a sweet elderly man with poor listening skills. He asks you a question, and he begins writing the answer before you can even respond. If you do not agree with what he has written, he gets agitated and will try to persuade you to agree with what he wrote. He is very good about returning calls and contacting you to discuss test results.

I have a severe reaction to Poison Ivy.According to the Dr. I should be on Prednisone from the moment I get the outbreak, until the last spot clears, because it goes internally and pops up everywhere.Haven't had an outbreak since 2013, until now.Tried to call for a prescription and appt, only to be told because I haven't been since 2013 I would need to be treated as a new patient, and couldn't be seen until Sept./Oct (its August). Am I suppose to come in yearly to say hello? The staff was rude.

In my 48 years, I have only felt two doctors have taken the time to hear me and explore possible problems. Dr. Randolph is one of them. His patience and determination to find the right diagnosis changed my life.
