I wanted to provide a detailed, thorough write-up to explain how dissatisfied I am with this doctor (and have done so elsewhere), but there isn't enough space here. The short version: This doctor refused to assist my girlfriend with her neuropathic condition because her case was - apparently - too complicated (autoimmune neuropathy caused by ME/CFS). He showed a complete unwillingness to provide ANY helpful information or medical advice, even for the aspects of her condition that fit within the scope of his expertise. Instead, he tried to hand her off to a university for a long process of reevaluation, even though she'd already done this multiple times in the past; her out-of-state specialists had reached a consensus on what her issues are; she only needed help obtaining in-state treatment authorizations. Not only was Dr. Prusinski unwilling to provide her with the assistance she needed - he also seemed ignorant about the most effective treatment available for autoimmune SFPN.

A thorough, caring doctor. Hard to find a doctor like Dr. Prusinski, who actually cares about you as a person. He is a 5 star physician and I would personally recommend him to anyone that is seeking an amazing neurologist!

We did a follow-up visit today with Dr. Prusinski. Love that doctor! He's very caring, thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. My husband will continue with visits and now that I know he specializes in treating back and neck pain as well as headaches, I'll get a referral to see him as well. Thanks, Dr. Prusinski. You're great!

Great doctor! I started seeing him 2 years ago for extreme dizziness, vertigo, and head pain. I had been experiencing these symptoms for about a year continually and saw multiple doctors of all types all of which would brush me off to someone else because they could not come up with a diagnosis. With 1 visit and the correct medications I was 95% better and only had episodes of my symptoms. I finally had a diagnosis of chronic migraines.

I was seen by Dr. Prusinski about 20 years ago, as I was injured in an auto accident. He was very thorough and helpful. Now, my husband is having serious issues after having mini strokes. Dr. Prusinski is very thoughtful, caring, thorough and kind. He is available. The good doctor was prepared to speak with us in the room. He has read and diagnosed a not so easy diagnosis. We appreciated the kind, yet thorough diagnosis. The staff in his office is as wonderful as the doctor is.

Yes, My husband & I would recommend anyone in need of a good Neurologist straight to Dr. Prusinski. The staff ran a very busy office, but Dr. Prusinski attended to the patients, in a calm manner, giving each client their quarters' worth of time. As a Neurologist, Dr. Prusinski was thorough when speaking to the patient, showed genuine concern for health issues, safety, and medication impacts. Dr. Prusinski appeared both professional and knowledgeable in his field. He's great!

The office staff are not helpful. The day I came in for my intake appointment, I was given a packet to fill out. One of the pages asked for insurance information. I stated on the form what my primary and secondary insurance are. The staff took the paperwork and scanned my insurance card into their system. Now they tell me that they won’t bill my insurance. On top of that, this doctor will not see me now because of his incompetent staff.. I can’t afford the “mistake” they made

First Doctor I've seen that truly invests his time into you. Been dealing with neurological and heart problems for a year in a half. I have seen a dozen doctors and none have diagnosed me correctly or have tried. Dr. Prusinski is the first doctor to listen, understand, document, and use all resources necessary to find out what the issues are. I fully recommend his practice.

I've been seeing Dr Prusinski for years now, most recently today, and find him to be a very intelligent, articulate, and talented neurologist. He is soft-spoken and direct and I can recommend him without reservation. Ignore the review by a woman who - when he had exhausted all avenues of treatment - challenged his competence based on her perceived level / lack of empathy. Her remarks were WAY off base, and based on emotion, not competence.

Dr Prusinski has been treating my wife for several years. He always makes her feel very comfortable and relaxed. She is physician resistant but not with Dr. Prusinski. He has a sincerity about him that makes you feel welcome. I have since became one of his patients. He is also a very spiritual man and when he says God Bless You, You know he means it. I am very pleased with him and his service.

This office is awesome. Dr Prusinski shows an interest in my concerns, makes time to answer my questions in a way I can understand. He is experienced with traditional treatments and it is impressive that he also thinks out of the box. Staff, Dawn and Judy are kind, compassionate, responsive and extremely competent, a value to this office. Every time I’ve called the office or have left a message, my concern is addressed, or my phone call is returned, even if it’s after office hours.

I thought I wrote a review but am unable to find it so I am doing it again. I am very pleased with the care I received from him. He spends a lot of time with me and lets me talk about my issues. He diagnosed me with a movement disorder. I had been told I had neuropathy. He tested me and told me I did not have this. The office staff are very pleasant.
