While Dr. McGann is knowledgable, his follow up and the communication of his nurse and staff is deplorable. I was just advised by their office manager that when one of the physicians in this group goes on vacation, they do not arrange for coverage. This is unacceptable practice. Fortunately, for me, I have worked in healthcare and have enough knowledge to catch the mistakes. These mistakes would be much more problematic for lay persons.

See Dr. McGann restored my faith in doctors. He was warm, caring, knowledgeable, and explained thoroughly each point we covered. I felt respected, heard, and reassured that I would get the care I needed to address my concerns. He's by far, the most genuinely compassionate Dr I've ever encountered.
