In June of 1988, I moved to Detroit, Mich. to start my residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. My training was at Detroit Receiving Hospital which is affiliated with Wayne State University. I spent four years in training. I completed this program in 1992. My program director offered me the opportunity to join his practice. I worked with him for two years. In 1994, I decided to move back to the Pittsburgh area. I wanted to have my own practice. I located a practice in Natrona Heights and was able to purchase this practice. In 2001, I got married.
