Absolutely rude, pompous, uncaring, non-empathetic “doctor” ever! I’m not sure if he was so terribly rude to my daughter because of her age (18 yrs), or because he just didn’t care to actually listen to what we had to say about her GP. He told us that GP doesn’t produce pain, she’s almost always in pain. I have read study after study that have found it is indeed painful. He completely belittled & dismissed our concerns about her pain, & weight loss. When I asked if she needed vitamin infusions, because she can’t keep food down, she lost lost a ton of weight, and her hair is falling out in clumps, he said, infusions would just complicate things. How would vit.infusions complicate GP?! Why would vitamin infusions, for a person who can’t keep food down be bad?! She went in for a procedure today, I kept asking questions, the more questions I asked, the louder he talked, airing all of my daughter’s private info to the whole post-op ward.

Dr. Lynch and his staff were very attentive to my needs and concerns. He is excellent at explaining available treatment options as well as letting you know when treatment isn't required. I went to him about 3 years ago for a similar issue and, based on that experience, specifically requested his services again.

Dr. Lynch is the only GI doctor to listen so well, so smart and so kind and understanding. His bedside manner is great and he found out from his colleagues as to where the best out of state specialists to send me to and he couldn’t have found a better place to go. Nebraska med center has helped me way more than anybody in OK. I’m so thankful that he is so kind and listens to everything your saying and appreciates that you know what your body feels like and what your “normal” is and what’s not. I recommend him to every single person needing a GI doctor. I’ve gone through my fair share of OKlahoma GI specialists and Lynch is by FAR the best for unusual patients!

Three unreturned calls just to schedule the doctor recommended procedure. Called the week before to ask why the prep prescription hadn't been sent to the pharmacy. A few days before the procedure still no prescription. Called again to remind them. 2 days before received a call instructing me to show up at the hospital. How do you have a colonoscopy without a prep kit? You don't. I was very uncomfortable putting my life in the hands of this doctor & staff. Very unorganized & difficult to reach.

I realize he is busy, but we all have lives, jobs and other things to take care of. He was to release us in the am. and he didn't come see us until late at night. We are hiring people to care for our animals and I am taking time off work to care for my husband. He needs to be more considerate. We have not been told how to care for tube which is still leaking, dietary needs have not been discussed.

Did not read my history or any thing I brought or my PCP had sent him. Repeated every thing and still had no answers yet had no trouble asking for my co-pay. Waste of time and money and only did more harm in misdiagnosis and delayed my care.
