My comments concern one of the receptionists in Dr. Lenarz's office. Her name is Vickie. I called to check to see if the doctor took my insurance--it is a medicare advantage plan. Vickie's message was that Dr. Lenarz was not accepting medicare patients--but it was delivered in such a sharp, condescending, uncaring manner that, in my mind, was absolutely unprofessional. She definitely does not make a good first impression for this office.

Dr. Lenarz did a diagnosis with questions in laymen terms; made me comfortable; referred to my medical history; explained his findings in clear language; discussed recommendations with full clarity; offered help with my concerns any time after the visit; was genuine, caring, and patient..my first visit with him--great! His staff, from the first phone call to get an appointment was friendly, helped with forms patiently. Office staff was terrific in answering ?s and made me feel very welcome

Dr.Lenarz was always professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and I always felt like I was in capable hands. Although my shoulder will likely never be the same as before my injury through no fault of Dr. Lenarz, I would highly recommend him! He was kind and caring! Everything you would expect a great Doctor to be! I am thankful to him and for him.
