Dr. Leach is an excellent doctor. I trust him! But it is hard to give him 5 stars because of the office staff. These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls and when they do they act like they have never spoken to you before. They don't listen, mid-sentence they transfer you to the wrong department and then you have to start all over. It is very frustrating and stressful to deal with anyone there.
