Dr Gross is superb! An excellent surgeon. I will say, he was a bit slow to diagnose my ankle but he finally did surgery and I'm really happy with the end result. I'm walking and running again! YAY However Ryan .. really it may be time for you to move on. You lack compassion for how painful foot and ankle surgery can be. You act bothered by patient questions and pain, which you are there to address. There are some Truly Grand PAs in the Charleston area, but you are not one of them. Direct patient care is definitely NOT your forte! Please move on. Dr Gross deserves better!! OMy YES

Dr. Gross is my 5th surgical doctor over 20 years, and by far the Best surgeon for feet!!! He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is, which I wholeheartedly appreciate! He truly cares about helping his patients! Also, Dr. Gross's office is the fastest to reply on MyChart messages. You may have to wait, but you won't find a better foot surgeon!! Thank you, Dr. Gross, you're my super heroe!

Dr. Gross is kind, sharp and thorough. His clinic is very busy but for good reason, he is an excellent surgeon and I was very pleased with my result. He managed to set reasonable expectations and work magic at the same time!! What a blessing

I am a career ortho patient and can honestly say that Dr. Gross is the best orthopedist I have ever seen. He patiently talked me through the process of having cheilectomy surgery on both feet, after I had avoided the surgery for years because I was so anxious about it. Not only is he awesome to talk to, he has so much skill. I had basically no post surgical pain, have had beautiful results (I can wear regular shoes again!) and I am so happy. Highly recommend Dr. Gross!

I just had my last follow up visit with Dr Gross and and words simply cannot express the kindness and helpfulness he has shown me. He listens to the patient. He told me all we can do is try to see if surgery will help me. He left that decision to me. He ruled out so much and found answers to a lot of my pain. It was the right choice for me.

Although I like Dr. Gross and think he is a very good person. His office staff is awful. His ma or assistant Ryan is condescending and quite frankly rude. Being in the medical field myself I understand that there are days that you just cannot to get everything done. There’s only so much you can do but the fact that I am 39 days post op of what was described as an easy procedure and cannot walk at all but have yet to get much guidance from anyone in the office. I am currently looking for a new dr

Dr. Gross is a great doctor. Very professional and is very caring and takes time to listen to all questions. He did surgery on one of my feet and I have recovered well. I am planning to have the other foot operated on in the near future. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Gross is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever had!!! I had been seeing other foot doctors about my foot problem at Myrtle Beach and getting no where. I did some research and found Dr. Gross and he is truly a gift from God!!! He reconstructed my foot on Feb. 10 and I am healing fine!! I got my cast off this week and now in a walking boot for 6 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Gross as he truly cares about his patients and has wonderful bedside manners!!! Great personality and extremely professional!!!

Dr. Gross is excellent and very personable. He listened to me and did a custom repair on my toe. He called me the next day on a Saturday afternoon to check on me. My whole experience at MUSC was amazing with very fine staff in all areas. Bravo! I am so proud to have this excellent facility in SC.

Dr. Gross is smart, energetic, and takes the time to listen and make me feel heard. I have already sent several of my friends to him over previous doctors we had seen. After meeting with him and hearing I would need surgery, I decided to move ahead with him and leave my former doctor. We fixed up problems I had from a former surgery and I am walking well again and had a fantastic experience with him from follow ups after the surgery both in person and on the phone.
