I give Dr. G a 10 out of 10!! He may need a staff change, but he as a Doctor/surgeon is the best ever!!! You can always retrain your staff or get a new one, but he is amazing! Out of all the Doctors in TN, he is the only one that told me that I didn’t have to have screws and plates in my neck to which I was terrified of...... long story short, he tried something that he knew was right for me and it worked. After 3 years of pain and suffering, I’m free!! I only have a slight bit of nerve damage, but that was expected with my injury. My surgery was last December and I’m still feeling great! I have my life back. Thank you Dr. G! Let me add that his staff at the Turkey Creek location is great, the office at UT is larger so we can’t judge the Doctors performance because of the staff. There are many Doctors affiliated with this office. Hopefully the manager will see this and do some retraining on service. Thanks Again!

Dr Gallati did open brain surgery to remove a tumor on my left frontal lobe. I would recommend him to anyone. This was done on 01/30/2018. He was only supposed to get the tumor, it had a tail in my main artery in the brain that they were going to use gamma knife procedure on 6 months later. I did not require a 2nd procedure. Dr. Gallati removed all of the tumor and it ended up being stage 1 cancer. I would hate to think how it would have progressed if Dr. Gallati did not remove everything. All of my visits have been perfect since that date!

I’m granting Dr. Gallati 2 stars for prescribing a treatment that might have helped. Unfortunately he never walked in the room to meet me, despite that I had mild spinal cord compression that could and did eventually cause considerably worse problems that might now be permanent. His nurse never emphasized that the steroid shot could actually help prevent permanent problems for a while. Being it was to be given at a “pain clinic”, I assumed it to be just for pain which was not overly bad at the time, just long term. So I cancelled the shot appointment and follow up and opted for chiropractic. OK, so I didn’t follow docs orders. But why didn’t the nurse ever say that cervical myelopathy even mild was dangerous and could get permanently worse? And why did Dr. Gallati never even come in to meet me? I never met the guy despite paying to see him. 2 stars is more then what some would give him in my situation. His personality is totally... oh that’s right! I don’t know.

Excellent opinion if Dr Gallati so far.. my husband has surgery in the 25th. Our previous 2 visits have been wonderful. He explains everything very clearly and doesn't jump at surgical interventions. Tiffany is great but the ladies at the checkout area look miserable!

I am very thankful Dr. Gallati was the one to remove my husband's brain tumor last week. He made us feel he had a plan, and knew how to achieve his goal. He was very polite and explained to us before and after surgery what he would do and what to expect. Thank you so, so much!

Dr. Gallati is very helpful. The front office staff, however, needs ALOT of work. The women are rude and hateful. When you speak to them they act like it is awful that you are inter-acting with them. I understand working with the public is sometimes not easy, but it is after all your job!!!!! Smile, be friendly, be helpful, and not rude. These patients and their insurance company are the reason you get your paycheck!!! Good customer service goes a long way!!!!!!

Had a recent consultation with this "MD". Is rushed and very pushy, talks over patient, does not appear to listen or have empathy,, reads paperwork as speaking with Patient, unprepared. Majorly, minimized CT/ MRI results, does not appear to know how to handle basic film results, or come up with successful plan of action for successful resolution. **Constantly talks over patient through the entire exam. Needs class in dealing with people!

My fiance' fell from a 30ft building and Dr. Gallati performed an emergency surgery that saved his life. He spoke with us before he did the surgery and after; explaining everything in great detail and making sure we understood. He even told us the downfalls of having the surgery. Dr. Gallati is amazing at what he does and he is a very thoughtful caring surgeon. He checked on my fiance' daily while he stayed at UT hospital during both surgeries. I highly recommend him!
