Do not trust this doctor for breast reduction surgery. After botching my first surgery, he went back a second time to correct the issues and made things worse. His surgical assistant (AKA his nurse) stitched me up instead of him. My stitches were to tight and caused my skin to die which in turn caused all the stitches to come loose. Dr. Dress did not do any after care and I had to seek treatment for open wounds at Eglin AFB plastic surgery. Two years later I now have to go to pain management.

I have been with Dr. Dress for 5 years post Breast Cancer. He and his staff have always been helpful and friendly and able to answer all questions I have asked.

Poor communication (as in: no communication) about what to expect post-surgery and with continuing care. When asked, he only responds with bare minimum answers about how to continue long term wound care. Now he's resigned abruptly after I just saw him! My next appointment is cancelled without any warning and the phone number to contact him about what to do next doesn't work. I'm disappointed (angry, actually) about how this has worked out. I'll be finding a new doctor, somebody who cares.
