Rochester, NY |
Doctor Brown explains things very well but you need to be prepared with questions and information. he doesn't stick with medical jargon for long. He will use a medical term then explain what it means for you in practical terms. He can seem like he is in a rush. I am sure that's not his fault but a product of the system we have.
Geneva, NY |
My time with Dr Brown was the worst. Every post appointment lasted only 3 minutes. I explained how i was experiencing pain morning through night and could not sleep, his response was, "see you in 6 weeks". After 18 weeks of the same situation, i was released with no further followups. Thank you for the worst 18 months of my life Dr Brown. I hope no one makes the mistake I did of seeing you.
I am sorry to hear that your experience was not enjoyable and you are still in pain.
in Newark, NY |

in Lyons, NY |
Dr. Brown performed surgery on my hip after an unexpected fall. He got me right into surgery and was a key player in my recovery. I would defnately recommend my family and closest friends to Dr. Brown. NWCH is lucky to have them as part of their team!
