Dr. Arnold has repaired meniscus tears in both of my knees successfully. I finally underwent a total knee replacement and it had worked out really well. He and his staff are topnotch in every regard.

Second visit to Dr Arnold I felt rushed into explaining symptoms and he interrupted me several times and did not answer several of my questions. He did not take time to listen to my symptoms or questions. Dr. Arnold was in room a total of 8 min and 29 seconds and actually left in the middle of me asking a question and I had to say "Wait, Wait". He has not done surgery on me yet and how can be confident in a surgeon that does not convey that he wants to listen or answer a patients questions.

I would never go to another orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Arnold has done surgery on several members of my family. He was always real thorough during the surgery process in explaining the details and what to expect. He always checked on them after surgery. When my mom passed away, he called to give us his condolences.

I am afraid my wife had a poor experience with the Doctor himself. Almost no 'bedside manner' was exhibited . He did not allow her to explain in her own words her problem but instead interrupted her constantly. Felt like conveyor belt medicine. Rushed in and rushed out. She refuses to return. All the staff were very nice however.

Office/ clerical staff left much to be desired on my first encounter with Dr Arnold 2 years ago, but this time around, even that has greatly improved. Both experiences with the Doctor have been very positive.(rotator cuff and total knee replacement)

Dr Arnold is great, hard to make appointments with him because he is so busy but very kind and talented man. The staff has been rude every time I've come in for an appointment, total of 4 visits so far l, and unprofessional. I have had to wait an average time of 1 hour per visit in the waiting room. Billing under estimated my surgery pre paid cost leaving me with a surprise $300 bill after the $1200.00 I already paid. The staff is not willing to work with the patient but I love dr Arnold.
