I've been a patient and visited many neurologists in the past but Dr. Anderson has by far been the best. He does a great job of listening, explaining what's going on, and it's obvious he is up to date on the newest research. He is booked a few months out, but I don't mind since he spends much of his time researching and teaching. I feel that once there is a non-drug solution to epilepsy (that will work for me) he'll be one of the first to offer it. He's the best doctor I've ever had.

I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for well over a year. He really listens, found the right combination of medications for me. I had a Vagus Stimulator installed in my chest, found the best Surgeon Dr. Mueller to perform the surgery. He has the BEST nurses, who get back to you right away, if you call with a question. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Anderson in my life, I am going on 52 years of Epilepsy, and this is the first time I don't feel like a guinea pig when medications are prescribed.

While listing his skill set as caring and listening to his patients, I found him standoff-ish and unwilling to give credence the events of my situation. Do I respect his education and skills, yes. Will I be looking for a new doctor, highly likely.
