I will never return to Dr. Urman. Very rude and condescending. She acted like she had somewhere better to be the whole time she was with me. She is one of the reasons why people hate doctors...

Dr. Urman had the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever met and as a nurse I have met plenty. She spent maybe 4 minutes with me and told me there was nothing she could do for any of my concerns, one of which is just basic acne. In between each of my questions, she would just stare at me. I can't believe I paid a $90 copay for absolutely nothing. Her skin check was nothing I couldn't have done myself. I walked out angry and appalled.

She spent only 3 minutes with me. I know because I looked at my phone when she came in the room. She never checked my feet or my head during the skin check. Interrupted when I tried to explain my concerns to her. I am very fair (blond hair, blue eyes freckles) with a history of to many severe sun burns to count, from my teens and early 20's and my grandfather had melanoma. She told me I did not need to come in for annual skin checks. No beside manner either. Will not be returning.
