Terrible. Please read the other reviews and take them to heart. When I saw Dr. Hardaway I had to wait over 1.5 hours for her to come in and look at my skin for 90 seconds tops. Don't make an appointment with Dr. Christine Hardaway if you value your time. She clearly doesn't care about her patients' time at all.

I had an appt on 5-7-19, after waiting almost 3 months to be a new patient, & after I got there I was told all new patient appts were only 15 minutes & I was shocked. When I got in the room a young lady came in to put information in the computer & I had 2 biopsy report copies I had brought with me to discuss. When I mentioned the 2nd report, she went to ask Dr. Hardaway & the doctor said no & I would have to make another appt to discuss the 2nd item. I was very angry so I got up & walked out & told the young lady & the front desk they better not try to bill Medicare & they said they wouldn't. Several years ago when I was in AZ I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room for another doctor & the staff told me they had been complaining to him for years that he overbooked. When I got in the room with that doctor the first thing I did is ask him if he would like to make an appt with me to get his taxes done & wait 2.5 hours and he said NO. So I sent him a bill for my time and he paid it.

Dr. Hardaway only does one issue per appt. If you are there and it takes 5 minutes to diagnose with no treatment, she is out the door, even if you've paid for 15 minutes. She will tell you to make a new appt. She does not care about anything but the money.

She's thorough, friendly, and professional. She did a full skin check on me, answered all my questions, and didn't seem rushed.

Total wait time was 2 hours for myself and two others in reception room! We asked the young receptionist sitting to right of reception desk at the 40 min mark and she said didn't consider it late until 45 min she was unwilling to check with nurse to see a projected time that I would be seen. At the hour mark I asked if she would check with nurse should I reschedule? Reluctant she went to ask I was told I was next and at the two hour mark was finally seated in the room

Have been in twice now and same bums rush both times. I even warned her on second visit that I a list of things we needed to talk about, and she still made it clear she was on her own agenda and rushed right through the visit. I might have in the room with her for about 8 minutes. She kept trying to shake hands with me (a trick to signal that she was done) and I kept saying, but we haven't talked about ..... I just can't see a reason to keep the next appt.

Getting an appointment was easy, and quick. I found the waiting room and exam room to be clean and fresh. Dr Hardaway greeted me with a friendly and professional manner. Due to my specific skin condition i disrobed to just underwear and gown and exam was quick and Dr. discussed in detail my condition and concerns. I totally recommend Dr. Hardaway to anyone needing a board certified dermatologist. CB
