Dr Woodbarry is a great Dr. He explained all the problems & test results for my hands. He performed a partial thumb joint replacement. I am extremely happy with my results. For the first time in 10 years the pain is gone. I can use my thumb so much better. I refer all my friends & family to him. His staff is also great ! TSAOG rocks !

Great first time visit. Dr. Woodbury seemed extremely knowledgeable and competent! He helped me with my 'trigger finger' issue right there on the spot! Super happy with the outcome of the entire visit. Minimal wait time, friendly staff, great visit with the Doc who took time to fix the problem. What more can you ask for? Excellent customer service!! Thank you!!

I felt valued as a person by the entire team, something I did not experience at a different hand surgeon’s office. Dr. Woodbury listened to me, gave me his professional opinion and I was completely comfortable making the well-informed decision of scheduling surgery with he and his team before leaving his office.

Wow, I really lucked out on Dr. Woodbury. Great find. As a Military retiree and disabled Combat Veteran my experience with doctors is it's a hit or miss. He is easy going, professional and listens. Made surgery for me as easy as can be. Couldn’t be happier! Thank You Dr. Woodbury.

Dr. Woodbury is such a kind and down to earth person. He is clearly super intelligent and an expert in his field but he isn’t arrogant and is willing to answer any question. I trusted him immediately and feel San Antonio is so lucky to have him! He is a terrific person and ultra-skilled surgeon!!

This was my 2nd time to see Dr. Woodbury. I would recommend him to anybody. All of the office staff were very friendly. After reading Dr. Woodbury's resume, it is obvious that he is a very qualified orthopedic doctor/surgeon. He was friendly and efficient. He explained my issue- ganglion cyst and tendonitis in easy to understand language and his suggested treatment (cortisone shot and wait for improvement in 4-6 weeks). If I continue to have pain after that, he will probably have to remove the cyst. I have complete confidence in his plan of care and his surgical ability, should I need surgery. The only problem is that there can be a long wait time to get an appointment. He is worth the wait though!!

I absolutely loved Dr. Woodbury , I have been having trouble with my right pinky and ring finger for over a year and recently moved into this area and because of the COVID-19 I couldn’t get to see a doctor until everything started opening up and that’s when I chose to see Dr. Woodbury . He immediately saw that it was trigger finger and gave me a steroid shot and by the second day I couldn’t believe the difference in how much it had helped me. I thank God for doctors like him and highly recommend him and his staff was very friendly as well. I had seen a doctor back home and he gave me therapy for carpal tunnel but it never solved the problem With my fingers. Dr. Woodbury was very friendly and compassionate.

Dr. Woodbury is excellent. He is thorough, and he takes appropriate time with a patient. He is straightforward and very sensible about treatment. I like having Dr. Woodbury as a specialist. The problem was with the office staff and management. A recording said that we could bring one person only to an appointment. When we arrived, however, we were told that no one could accompany the patient. My wife wanted to be informed about my diagnosis and treatment but she was not allowed into the building. When I told the front desk staff about the discrepancy, they said that they would inquire about this matter, but I was never called back by the staff. This discrepancy between message and treatment when we arrived needs to be resolved. Moreover, when staff promises something, they need to follow through.

Dr. Woodbury was GREAT. I’ve had carpal tunnel in my right hand for 5 years, and finally saw my original doctor again (someone else) because it got so bad. But I wasn’t comfortable with that dr. because he was in a hurry and not listening to my symptoms. I sought a second opinion, saw great reviews for Dr. Woodbury, realized I knew someone else who had their carpal tunnel fixed by him, and switched over. He was kind, calm, listened to my description, AND diagnosed cubital tunnel along with carpal tunnel. (If I had gone with the other doctor, my problem wouldn’t have been fixed!). The surgery was quick, and recovery was pretty much as he described it—as far as the mobility, the length of time, etc. I was already playing the piano after 1 day, still wearing the wrap on my hand and elbow. I saw him at two different locations, and the staff at both were helpful and kind. I know without a doubt that if I develop problems in my left hand, I’ll have him fix it! No more numbness!! :)

Dr woodberry is a very caring guy that doesn't rush you through the appointment. He is a great surgeon, and the after care is top notch. Dr. Woodberry has worked on both wrists, left carpal tunnel and trigger fingers and a broken wrist and torn tendon on my RT. Wrist. I would recommend him and I myself would not go to any other doctor hand/wrist programs. One more thing he would not do any unnecessary testing or surgery unless you really needed to have done.

I am a physician. Dr. Woodbury has done surgery on me for carpal tunnel and has given me an injection for trigger thumb. Both with excellent results. Don't get impatient in his office if there is a wait. He's good and therefore is busy! He hasn't gotten the 5 star ratiing for nothing.
