Dr Assad-Kottner clearly explained how to interpret the result of my heart scan and how to address the findings going forward. He is very pragmatic in his diagnosis and how to carefully manage the condition going forward. He has an excellent web tool “medhack” that he promotes to use for a healthy diet going forward. It really simplifies how to live a healthy lifestyle with a simple and realistic approach. I trust his judgement and care of my heart health going forward.

Dr. Assad sat with me, and didn't make me feel like he was rushing to see his next patient. That says a hell of a lot to me. He also helped me to understand everything that was going on with my heart in detail. 100% would recommend to anyone I know.

I have worked with Dr. Assad and consulted with him about conditions in my own family, including myself. I had aortic valve replacement in 2008. I trust him on any advice he gives me, and I follow it to the T. I have worked with plenty of cardiologists both invasive and non-invasive, and this is the one I trust with my own family!

This was a routine, 6 month checkup since our last meeting. I have been working with Dr Assad for about 18 months and have been implementing his recommendations, advice, and strategies for a healthier lifestyle. My blood work has improved dramatically and I have lost a significant amount of weight. I both look and feel better as a result of the changes I have made.
