Dr. Anderson diagnosed my condition, but wanted to do further testing to determine treatment. I have not received follow up calls or appointments in a timely manner. He does not seem to appreciate the amount of pain I am in. Being told to take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for an extremely painful condition is unacceptable. I was told I would receive test results the same day, and this did not happen. I am frustrated and can only hope to receive follow up care after the weekend.

Dr Anderson competent, knowledgeable, succinct, professional. Pa less satisfactory. Stated office didn't offer procedure I inquired about stating " we don't do that, it's not considered standard of care". To my surprise Dr Anderson discussed the same procedure at my next visit. Front office staff in cookeville unprofessional, snacking with mask below chin, ignoring patients to discuss personal matters with back office staff. Centralized appointments and referrals poor, mix up satellite office appointments, no timely replies to voicemail, late, slow in sending referrals to diagnostic centers.

My experience with TOA and Dr. Anderson has been great. I came in with shoulder pain and he saw me for initial visit, was very thorough and answered all my questions. I feel that my surgery went very well. All staff...from front desk, to nurses, and Dr. Anderson all treated me great. I was very pleased and would recommend him and his office

Dr. Anderson is very thorough in his exam, and he takes the time to explain in detail what is involved. He presents options for treatment if appropriate, and he then works with the patient to decide on a course of treatment.

Dr. Anderson has been great to work with for my knees. He has taken the time to present my options in a stepwise fashion - where to start first and how to proceed from there. I especially like his approach to start conservatively and not go right to a surgical solution.
