Very clear explanations of procedure (cataracts, in my case). Efficient use of consultation time. Friendly. Pleasant sense of humor.

My experience with this poor was poor. As a new patient, she spent about 6 minutes in my visit and seemed disturbed that I would ask her questions about my eye health care. Plus, her demeanor is clipped, curt, and unacceptable in health care.
