I would highly recommend Dr.Rumana. He diagnosed my problem right away from the MRI and I decided to have the surgery to remove what felt like a spear in my back. The recovery was 6 weeks and if you have a good employment insurance , you will be paid 100% from Employer for the first 6 weeks. I am back to work and don't have any pain except from normal scar tissue from the 1 inch inscission on the back. I am 53 yrs. old and my future is bright physically and mentally. Thank you Dr. Rumana & Co

I have had two microdiscectomies done by Dr. Rumana. Both have been outpatient, very little scarring, and nearly perfect results. Both surgeries were quick and I had no complications. He does seem somewhat rushed when speaking with me, but I expect that when seeing a physician. They're all overbooked and understaffed and the results of my surgery matter more to me than the romanticism of my consultation. If you need a neurosurgeon, he is it.
