Care Philosophy

I approach every patient as an individual and look at every problem as important. My goals are not just to relieve pain, but also to maximize function through non-operative techniques as well as through surgical correction. I apply a high level of expectation to myself and treat everyone with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Continually acquiring new knowledge and skills, I use all the latest techniques and equipment. Having a degree in Bioengineering gives me a unique appreciation of the structure and function of the human body. Additionally, my sub-specialty training and certification in arthroscopy and sports medicine is key to properly caring for injured and degenerative joints. Helping all my patients to achieve their goals in life gives me such satisfaction. In my spare time, I enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor sports, as well as spending time with my three beautiful daughters and my wife.Read more

Dr. Pallia has taken care of my knees, my back and most recently my ankle. I got a quick appointment, X-ray and I was in the operating room the next day to have my fibula screwed back together. The process has been great and the doctor has been there for me when my cast was annoying and when the PT got a bit painful. Dr. Pallia is a professional and doesn't do the small talk. He gets right down to business and gives you the scientific, doctor explanation of your problem and how to fix it.

He took the time to review all X-rays and MRI with me and described the meaning of all the findings so I could understand well.
