Dr Boggs was the second doctor we tried that accepted our new insurance. Immediately the difference was what we were looking for. The staff was very pleasant and listened. Dr Boggs talked to us about all of our medications and seemed to care as he listened to what we had to say. Listening and understanding and explaining what the plan would be along with making sure we understood and agreed! What a concept in a doctor! Thank you Dr Boggs and staff.

Doctor Boggs is more concerned in giving you his opinions on government, religion while others wait than your health care. He loves to hear himself talk. He has confused me with other patients on several occasions. He is a terrible listener. It’s a shame because his staff are kind and first rate.

Dr. Boggs is an excellent practitioner. He takes the time to listen to the patient and asks follow up questions to ensure he understands your issues. The staff is very accommodating and when I’ve had last minute issues and to come they are always able to get it done.

We have been seeing Dr Boggs for about 3 years now..he is always thorough, spends whatever amount of time is needed with his patients at any given visit. If there are ever any questions,he always seems to err on the side of caution for our benefit. Great bedside manner, very easy to discuss any issues or questions with, and receive a response in easy to understand terms.Usually minimal waits in the waiting rooms, and a friendly support staff!!

Dr. Chris Boggs is a very caring and thorough physician. The first time that I was seen by Dr. Boggs was when my former PCP (over 10 years) refused to see me as an emergency walk-in. Dr. Boggs saw that I was in distress and graciously saw me and I was diagnosed with a very bad case of bronchitis. Right then and there I knew that he was the PCP for me. If you want peace of mind with a caring and thorough PCP, then Dr. Chris Boggs is the physician for you.

Don't go there if you are sick! they are salesman for a corporation not doctors. All they want to do is sell you test and when the results come in they don't even read them they just send you for another test. They shouldn't be doctors they should be salesmen or saleswomen . Stay away from them. walter jameson

My first visit to Waterway with Dr. Boggs was a good one. Minimal wait time to be seen, clean facility, everyone was pleasant, Dr. Boggs addressed my questions and spent a reasonable about of time with me. He didn't seemed rushed to be in and out. Having just moved from NC and not really having someone to recommend a doctor to me, I feel I made a good choice with this practice so far.
