X-Ray showed what appeared to be kidney stones, I’ve had two instances, but instead of scheduling a procedure to bust them up, he scheduled me for a sonogram. Good news, that step showed there wasn’t any stones. Very happy with Dr. Graham taking this second step and preventing an unnecessary procedure.

Took him about 3 minutes to diagnose me even though I told him that every doctor before him ruled his diagnose already out. Sent me to a surgeon who again, ruled his diagnose out... Not going there again ever.

Horrible office practice. I arrived 15 minutes early and they told me that it wouldn’t be enough time to sign the 5 pages of paperwork, that I should have arrived 30 minutes early (was never told; I still arrived early!) & kicked me out. I took off an afternoon of work to make this appointment and they told me I would need to take off another day to be seen. WTF? This has already been reported to Zocdoc. Avoid avoid avoid.

Dr Graham and his team are very efficient and don’t waste your time by letting you sit for long periods in the exam room. I would recommend Dr Graham to anyone needing his services.

Dr Graham's ego supersedes any patient concerns. Over the last 5 weeks dealing with the uncertainty of having cancer, having a kidney removed etc, was irrelevant to Dr. Graham. He chose to lecture me on a note i sent "asking him" to "please" call me with the findings. Nevertheless, Dr. Graham denied i used those words and wanted to explain that he would not be talked "at". Unsure if he is a good doctor, perhaps he is, why else would he have an ego larger than my renal mass.

WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I could barely bother him for more than 3 minutes of his time. He opened the door to walk out of the exam room while I was still pulling up my pants. He talked to me about my medication and procedures from the hallway for everyone in his office to hear. When I asked him a question about my procedure he referred me to the front desk and I had to ask an embarrassing question for everyone to hear. Most disrespectful and unprofessional doctor I've ever met!

Very condescending, spends no time building report with his patients. Dealing with kidney cancer he provides no answers and tried to hurry us off to his nurse. Had to finish our conversation with him in the hallway due to lack of time he was willing to spend. Does not like to answer questions. His staff is rude, the treatment plan vague and compassion absent from all members of his team. Nurse can't recall the doctors name they usually refer to for treatment?! We have no confidence in him

I have seen Dr. Graham three times and each time he listened to me and provided information I cold use and understand. He is quick and efficient. His nurse was very clear with me about what I needed to do for each proceedure. She has 17 years of experience and that translates into easy blood draws for PSA test ( a big deal for me as I have hidden veins).

First visit he was very hurried. Second visit he asked if the medication was working. I told him I had some problems with being light headed and feeling sleepy. He told me the medication doesn't cause sleepiness. Then he said, "you still haven't answered my question about if it was working." He seems very hurried and not interested in side effects you might have. I changed doctors after the 2nd visit, much happier with my new doctor.
