Dr. Graham is an exceptional physician, who listens to his patients and is empathetic & caring. Staff is awesome and efficient.

First visit he was very hurried. Second visit he asked if the medication was working. I told him I had some problems with being light headed and feeling sleepy. He told me the medication doesn't cause sleepiness. Then he said, "you still haven't answered my question about if it was working." He seems very hurried and not interested in side effects you might have. I changed doctors after the 2nd visit, much happier with my new doctor.

Loved Dr. Graham. No wait time.

This was my first visit after leaving my previous Urologist that I was not happy with. Dr Graham was professional, friendly and articulate, his treatment plan for me made sense. I am pleased to work with him. Brian

Friendly, considerate, easy to understand comments

I was referred by another Doctor I've seen for off and on for 10 years. He is punctual, efficient, and best of all...effective. While he agreed with me about possible hernia, he thoroughly checked other issues like prostrate, urine patterns, etc. these are things which need checking regardless...he is thorough. I feel good about next steps-even after one appointment! So far so good!

Great service and listener!

Unfortunately, my husband was referred to him for kidney stone treatment by Presbyterian Hospital and he was the only doctor that had available appointments. Now I understand why...this man is gruff, rude, impatient and condescending! This is my first experience with any one in the medical field with such an apparent dislike for people. Sorry to say this but he would be better suited for a profession where he could keep interaction with human beings to a minimum.

Excellent Doctor and a good person, hard to find both in one.
in Ft Worth, TX |
Excellent visit, as always, even though I was quite early for my appointment.
in Wylie, TX |
He started my appt telling me one of my diagnoses was wrong and when I questioned how and why he never explained. He apparently doesn't think a patient respects him if that patient asks questions. He basically kicked me out. I did not swear or yell. I was utterly confused and trying to get more info and I was referred to someone else. Do NOT see this man especially if you are a woman.
in McKinney, TX |
Dr. Graham was hurried and inattentive on my first visit. Slightly condescending. I am moving on.
Allen, TX |
Dr. Graham is Jekyll and Hyde. You never know which one you are going to get. For this reason, and his unwillingness to listen to patients, I would NEVER recommend him. He can be rational and friendly, or moody and curt. It's not worth the juggling to see which one you are going to get. His staff are awesome. He is impatient and hurried.

Had my Vasectomy performed her almost 4 years ago. Very professional, informative, and procedure and follow up was exactly as described.
in Allen, TX |
Would not recommend. He was not thorough in the initial exam. Ended up with another urologist after a trip to the ER.

I literally owe this doctor my life. One of the best. He performed an exploratory surgery that revealed a malignant tumor around my ureter. Great aftercare and support while transitioning to an Oncologist.
in The Colony, TX |
He is very prompt, visit is quick and to the point (which I like). He explains complex data and allows you to ask questions. I work in healthcare and I was impressed - in fact I recommended him to a gentleman! Parking is free in front of the hospital. The staff asked for my preference in where to get tested. All in all, I was very happy. I'll be going back!
in Dallas, Tx |
Not sure. I agree with his initial diagnosis. Very definitive on the condition could not cause pain, research the next day from postings and documents online say its infrequent but definitely an option. Low comfort level with his analysis / decision.
