I was initially referred to Dr Serr after an abnormal Pap smear. After 5 1/2 years of seeing her every 6 months we finally got the results we have been waiting for! We have tried routine colposcopies and also opted for laser treatments. Dr Serr has been very kind and reassuring throughout every process. I find her to be compassionate and approachable! I have recommended her and will continue to do so! Staff is also friendly and helpful!

My experience with Dr. Serr has been very positive. I was originally referred to her after an abnormal Pap smear. I was very anxious about the results and she did a really good job of being informative yet reassuring. Skip forward a few years.... I was now pregnant and receiving prenatal care. At 38.5 weeks my blood pressure was a concern and Dr Serr decided it be best to induce me. Despite a potential emergency c-section scare , I was able to deliver vaginally. Thank you Dr. Serr!!

Dr. SERR turned me away because I have been on a type of medicine that she does not "treat," despite my stability on this medicine for 10 years and my last OB/GYN's confidence in my health. Just a bit shocking and disheartening as I have worked with many doctors in the past who were willing and happy to help.

Dr. Serr diagnosed with me with fibroids. I was advised that it’s very uncommon for someone my age and I would probably need a hysterectomy before the age of 40. This occurred while having an ultrasound to confirm the miscarriage of our first expected child. After this event I cont’d care for a year and with no success with pregnancy - I transferred care to a physician who was willing to invest more than excuses into my pursuit of pregnancy. Serr and her office made this extremely difficult.

Dr. Serr performed an endometrial ablation on me over 5 years ago. I had been suffering with heavy bleeding with clotting for years. The NovaSure ablation was done in office with a mild recovery. It has been one of the best decisions I have made. I currently have zero periods, spotting or cramps. I would make the same decision over and over.

I've been a patient of this office for many years. In addition to various gynecological needs, I also entrusted this office with the burdensome duties of helping me bring my babies into the world and they have never let me down. Dr Serr and NP Wiley are the invaluable resources you want on your healthcare team!

Dr. Cheryl Serr is my OB & delivered Madison. I highly recommend her and Cheryl Wiley - my nurse practitioner. They helped me navigate through my yearly check-ups, pap smears, trying to get pregnant for years, my pregnancy with fibroids, you name it. Dr. Serr has been EXCEPTIONAL at taking care of me especially when I got re-admitted for preeclempsia. This office is the real deal including the staff.

Dr. Serr went absolutely above and beyond for me. First thing I loved was how nice their office was and how welcoming the staff were. Second thing, Dr Serr caught all of my high risk symptoms right away and had us monitored carefully enough to deliver a healthy baby boy.Third thing, on delivery day, after her shift ended and she had a 24 hour shift the next day, she came back to the hospital right as she got home just to deliver my son since I didn't want a male Dr.On her daughters bday no less!

Dr. Serr and all of her staff are wonderful and so very helpful. Her professionalism and efficiency are top notch. Dr. Serr quickly discovered the cause of some complications and severe pain I had been experiencing & was able to schedule & perform surgery within days. Dr Serr is a very compassionate doctor & I feel I can really talk with her and express all my concerns while receiving thorough answers. She takes extra time, does not rush her appointments, is very understanding & compassionate.
