Dr Dave’s is a really good pain management doctor. I’ve had a couple of procedures done by her and they were successfully done. Office staff never returns calls! That’s the major problem with O&C. The portal is terrible, you can’t contact the doctor or leave a message.

i came in for an appointment for an epidural shot on April 20th and i had called the following day due to pain. the dr never returned my call after several attempts i made. this is not acceptable especially being a new patient. i would not recommend a dr that does not return calls. she is nice to but i was disappointed she never returned my calls i want to talk to doctor not to the nurse.

She's very courteous when she's with you however I have run into repeated issues with cancelled appointments or extended periods of time where she can't be reached due to her going on vacation. What kind of doctor schedules a vacation AFTER scheduling procedures with patients and then makes no effort to accommodate until weeks later. Ridiculous! She pulls off the "I care" act very well but her behavior tells another story.

Dr. Cheryl Daves is a very professional, no nonsense, and attentive doctor with excellent bed-side manor. She takes her responsibility as a PM specialist seriously in a world where Rx drugs have become the enemy as much as they are the savior. PM takes patience and devotion on the part of both Dr. and patient. She explores every avenue available for the management of chronic pain, and in my personal situation has successfully helped me continue an active, manageable pain-reduced lifestyle.
