Dr Collins was my first-ever OBGYN, years and years ago. She was cheerful and personable, so her bedside manner was not a problem, but I always felt very rushed during visits. Once, after seeing her for 3 years, I mentioned to her that I was experiencing frequent pelvic pain on my left side. Dr Collins brushed it off, saying "It's just menses, nothing to worry about." So I didn't worry. She was the doctor, right? Fast forward 5 years, I was seeing a different OBGYN and mentioned the same frequent pain; he was immediately concerned. A few uncomfortable ultrasounds showed a mass the size of a ripe plum on my left ovary. The following surgery revealed it to be a benign teratoma tumor, but the ovary it was attached to did not survive. Can't help but feel like I'd have a full batch of eggs if Dr Collins had taken the time to listen to me in the first place. Maybe we'd have caught it earlier. Now I get to deal with early onset menopause and infertility.

I sincerely don't understand how Dr. Collins could receive less than 4 or 5 star reviews... She is amazing. I happened to be assigned to her when I called the previous office she worked at, since I didn't have anyone in particular in mind. I honestly feel so lucky to have her as my OBGYN. She is SO kind, caring, generous and informative. I literally feel like I can tell her anything and everything. She provides all information/ options when I have issues that I need solutions for. When I moved out of state a few years ago, I told people besides for my family, I missed having her as my doc... so glad I moved back and she was taking new patients at the time (since it had been over a certain amount of time I had to go back as a new patient). Highly recommend Dr. C and her knowledge/skills/ services.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Collins for as long as I can remember. Followed her and her team to the new practice. She delivered my first baby this summer and it could not have been a better experience! She’s amazing in both her expertise and bedside manner. My husband even asked if she could be his GP ;)

She is the best. I don’t think I could make it through a pregnancy without her. She listens and reassured me when I’m worried about issues. Her assistant, Petra is amazing. Nurse Linda has always been helpful, even when I overreact about things. Some people need to realize they aren’t the only patient and may have to wait a little bit for return calls. Nurse Linda is always swamped. Scheduling is always easy. I love her new practice and staff much better than her old practice!

I've had health challenged all of my adult life so I've seen more than the average share of doctors, nurses and specialists. From the beginning, Dr. Collins was always transparent and helpful. She doesn't sugar coat, which I appreciate! I followed her from Women's Health Partners because I have had such a good experience with her. I had a high risk pregnancy and she was great and thorough with all of my questions and concerns. I have recommended her to everyone who has asked for a good OBGYN.

I was upset to hear Dr. Collins decided to leave and join another group. I am a loyal patient, but realize I am just a # to her after my visit at her new office. Staff was rude, nurse Linda was so awful on the phone, and dr collins couldn't even be bothered the visit was more about her pity party then hearing me out. I always liked her assistant but it isn't enough. will return to the old group w a doctor there who delivered all of my babies when Collins wouldn't. blessings in disguise

Doctor Collins is a caring doctor but her new office with BJC is a disaster. Called on a Tuesday morning for an emergency appointment and had to leave a message as no one picked up the phone nor did they ever call back. Finally got an appointment on Thursday and when I arrived they told me my appointment was the day before and I was asked to leave. They told me she was booked and the office was completely empty. I know I did not get that date wrong.

I had gone to Dr. Collins since she first opened her practice. I loved her warm and cheerful personality. When I was trying to get pregnant with my second, things changed. She put me on meds for PCOS without proof bc it may help get me pregnant. Finally with little help and may appts later, I sought outside help. This made her mad. Then I had a HSG to see if I could get pregnant and was given the results for someone else. I was told that the procedure worked and I no longer can get pregnant.

I was very anxious during my first pregnancy, but doctor always listened and helped calm me down. Even before I got pregnant I looked forward to our yearly visit because she is a genuinely warm person! She listens to the patient and will get to the bottom of an issue (if there is one).

Dr Collins is fantastic and warm and personable and I love seeing her. I have, however, had many issues with staff being inconsistent and not hearing results or helpful information from nursing when I have asked.

Best OBGYN I have ever had. She takes time to listen and answer all questions. She is also very warm and personable and makes you feel more like a friend than a patient.
