Took 2 months to receive a referral from her for a specialist. She is not thorough. Office is unorganized. On one occasion they booked my appointment on the wrong day. On another occasion they sent someone else's medical records stapled to mine to my address.

Great MD. She takes time to listen and is very caring on a personal level. Her expertise is above average from what I have experienced in the past with other MD's. Office staff could use more training, but that falls to Beth Israel and the office manager, not Dr. Ray.

I would not refer anyone to Dr Ray. She does not seem knowledgable on basic things and could not diagnose a malady and prescribed antibiotics, which is not what I needed. I needed steroids to solve my problem.
