I visited Dr. Kutsch about an allergic reaction to insect bites. She autopsied a couple of the bites, reacted defensively when I questioned the need for autopsies, never explained the need for them and never provided useful information about the condition. She was with me only briefly and left the rest of the appointment to an assistant.

Unprofessional staff and have no idea what happened during the appointment. The doctor came in and spoke with me, then left and never returned. I left the examination room, stood around and no one said a word, as though I was invisible. Odd behavior and strange experience, will not be going back.

Dr. Kutsch has been amazing. I have been going to her for 4 years now and she remembers me every time I go in. She listens, cares, and treats. Her exams are thorough and is great at answering questions. She has a "better safe than sorry" attitude when it comes to removing suspect moles; which I appreciate; but others may not. I have a lot of skin abnormalities and she's caught a lot of them that way. She's great!!

So disappointed after my first and long-awaited appointment with Dr. Kutsch. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say, seemed annoyed when I asked questions, was very rushed and condescending when speaking to me. I spent more time in the waiting room than I did seeing her. It felt like she wanted to just put a on a proverbial bandaid, pat me on the head and wave me off. Couldn't be bothered with me or my life-long skin issues.

Clear communication by everyone in Dr. Kutch's office throughout my visits had quickly built trust. Wait times have been minimal for appointments and Dr. Kutch made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with her recommendations before moving on. She heard and responded to all of my concerns instead of brushing them off, which seems to have become a dying art in the medical world.

Honestly one of the worst experiences with my life seeing Dr. Kutsch and her nursing staff. She was completely unprofessional and unreliable. I came to her as a referral and she would tell me one thing and do another and her staff was absolutely covering her behind every step she made. After making a plan of action for my treatment she created a mountain out of a molehill with my situation because she didn't fully support my wishes and took me off meds at the first chance she got. She lies alot
