He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Highest Honors) and Emory University School of Medicine (Cum Laude). He did his residency at Emory University School of Medicine and received sports training at The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH) in Salt Lake City, UT. He has clinics in Vidalia and Dublin, Georgia and performs surgery at Optim Medical Center – Tattnall and Meadows Regional Medical Center. Dr. Spivey specializes in arthroscopic shoulder and knee procedures and computer assisted knee replacements. He was a member of the Georgia Workers Compensation Medical Board Subcommittee for 3 years and Assistant Team Physician for Georgia Tech football, basketball and baseball teams for 3 years."
