I have never found a doctor that truly listens and cares to the degree that Dr. Simmons does!! He is kind, consideerste and non-judgmental.

Dr. Simmons is a great doctor, that is knowledgeable with a great personality and alot of patience! He was quick to diagnose the problems I had, and acted quickly to get me out of pain! I will never change pain centers because I've found Smart Pain in Dundalk to knock the ball out of the park!

He received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. Dr. Simmons then received training in General Surgery as a resident at The Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Simmons completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the State University of New York-Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. During his residency he was chosen to serve as Chief Resident. Dr. Simmons completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management with Performance Spine and Sports Physicians in Pottstown, PA.
