First time seeing him, I have seen too many Orthopaedic drs who dom’r Seem to care, but he was very caring and compassionate right off the bat. I know he is never going to be my favorite Orthopaedic dr but first runner up. Congratulations doc I am a hard patient to change and you won me over. Thanks

The review from April 14, 2017 is ludicrous and should be removed from the list. I have been a patient with Dr. Shuff for two years and the care, attention to detail, and compassion provided to me has always been excellent. Dr. Shuff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and he has an excellent staff. His medical assistant is the exact opposite of RUDE - she is kind, patient, attentive, and has always returned calls and followed through promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Shuff.

Run far far away from this office. The staff does not care about your well being. They say they will schedule something and NEVER follow through. Your well being is the absolute least of their concerns. RUDE, uncaring medical assistant. RUN.

Dr. Shuff did a consult for my mother who had a C2 fracture. Surgery was not performed due to her many other medical complications. She has since passed. Dr. Shuff's bedside manner left my sister and I speechless. He was very obnoxious and seemed very annoyed that he was even asked to consult. He clearly let us know that he "had a life." At this time my family was obviously griefstricken over my mother's injury. Although he may be an excellent surgeon, he added insult to injury.

Dr Shuff operated on my husband at CAMC after he collapsed, and was diagnosed with osteomyelitis. He was paralyzed upon arrival to the er. Dr Shuff was very informative and open with what the future held for him as well as myself. He was kind, friendly, and very professional!
