Phenix City, AL |
I am a patient of 15 yrs. I've experienced courteous empathetic response from receptionists, billing department, as well as other staff members of Roman Medical Group. I perceive the expansion of his clientele has not been to our advantage as patients. Though efforts are made increasing the number of doctors and staff. It has not been a pleasant experience for me. It has become difficult to be seen and treated by him.

I would not recommend anybody using this doctor Roman they lost my medical records they are very rude they never return calls when it comes to your prescriptions usually one to two weeks late before getting them I would not send my neighbor's dog to them

I have been going to Dr. Charles P. Roman for over 20 years. As of today 2-22-2017, I had an appointment from 3 months ago. I was told he was booked up and would not be able to see him . I was sent in to a Nurse Practitioner, with me having health problems. The staff at the front windows are very unprofessional. See different nurses a lot I am so displeased with his service. BB.

Everything you've heard about Roman Medical Group is true. Dont waste your time or money and dont put your family at risk by coming here. It is EXTREAMLY poorly run. The staff treats you like you're interupting their day by existing. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses to the billing staff are unorganized and poorly trained. I have Been ignored, lied to and given the run around. You're better off paying out of pocket and going to someone competent than coming here with insurance.

It is miserable dealin with Dr Roman and his office! They think as long as they all smile, and Dr Roman gives you a hug, everything is just fine. You have constant appts - have an insurance problem make an appointment; need some refills make an appointment- leave without a prescription-they forgot it. They have a prescription line but it is ignored no one answers no one returns call. Constant testing required with no explanation or follow up. Elderly patients taken advantage of. Disgusting!

Very unhappy .Plan on being seen every month.Every time you go you see different Dr. They will not refill prescriptions unless you are seen even if it's not a drug that has a level to watch. When you go back for follow up after heart test they didn't even discuss I had to bring it up and the answer was all came back good. Oh after you had me scared. Ran up a bill that's all I get? Office staff is very sweet. But you will get smiled at and talked sweet to and it is never followed through. Good lu
