Outstanding doctor who truly helps you with your pain needs. He follows the government guidelines and I appreciate that as I want to have a pain doctor to help me in the future.

I have found this Dr poor bed side manners, I had him for a few years ago. His office never billed my husband's insurance then is still trying to hit us with the bill, never asked for our co-pay. We are still trying to get it cleared up. They never answer the phone either! I will never go back!

I had a second rotator cuff surgery after a physical therapist tore it again and Dr Ripp was amazing! My first anesthesiologist only gave me half of a block and I was miserable and in a lot of pain. 1 to 10 my pain experience was a 10! With Dr Ripp's surgery it was a 3! He actually gave me a complete block and I can't tell you what a huge difference it's made in my pain and recovery. Thank you Dr Ripp God bless you! Dr Ripp was the anesthesiologist on call so I can't answer the other questions

During the time there as a patient I never got to meet Dr Ripped. My husband and I only saw the PA Tracy Pollard-Johnson who suddenly left the practice with no notification to us. To top it off I had an appointment the following Monday after Tracy left and suddenly I'm not in the schedule nor do I have any future appointments showing and yet I have my appointment card contradicting that. Getting ahold of this office is a nightmare both for scheduling appointments and requesting refills. GRADE F-

Rude staff. No sympathy for patients rushed out after being honest and telling them I tried thc two weeks ago. No help what so ever. The pa lied and said she told me in the beginning she couldn't help me. Not till she had all my history and wanted a 30 dollar copayment I have never paid anywhere else.i can't give zero stars.

The office in north Colorado Springs on scarbourgh Dr Is horrible . My first appointment with them I had to wait four hours just to see the doctor there were people waiting out in the hall they only have like four chairs in the micro size waiting area, this doctor has over 3,000 patients from what I heard and tries to schedule so my patients at once pure greed is what I call it. And now they have a call center that changes your words and can bearly understand you.SEEK HELP ELSEWERE
