Dr. Nalley never rushed thru your appointment and spent as much time as needed to discuss all your concerns and answer questions. He is very personable and I looked forward to our chats during hospital visits. After many years of suffering, he has resolved my back pain. He was always professional and very knowledgeable. I felt completely safe and comfortable in his very competent hands.

I am truly blessed to have such a great Orthopedic doctor to fix my back issue. Before my surgery I did not feel like doing anything, it truly altered my activity. When I went to see Dr. Nalley he was kind and explained the procedure to me that he would be doing. I would highly suggest if you need an Orthopedic doctor to please see Dr. Nalley. I can tell you I am back to normal and feel great!!!! I also want to add Dr. Nalley came to see me after my surgery and the next morning, very caring!!!!

Dr Nalley was amazing when I came to him after battling back and leg pain for over a year. First appointment he walked me through details I had never received before and clearly explained my options. After Non-surgical options failed and I got worse he went above and beyond to get me the care I needed immediately. I am post-op 3 weeks now and feeling amazing. I would recommend him to anyone with severe back pain who needs answers or solutions.

To everyone questioning Dr Nalley he is the BOMB! He operated on my lower back in December 7, 2016. Before surgery I was prescribed and most days taking up to 8 oxycodone AND 8 50mg of tramadol per day! Since he performed surgery I am 95% pain free 95% of the time and the most I will take for pain or discomfort is maybe 2 Advil per week! Anyone who questions this Dr needs to rethink. He IS the REAL DEAL and most DEFINATELY knows what he is doing!! THANK YOU DR NALLEY for helping me!!
Seek care elsewhere. X-rays and MRI not reviewed, did not give clear answers to questions, rushed, unprofessional and poor bedside manner. Was not asked about my condition once, let alone educated, leaving me feeling unheard and with treatment that was cookie-cutter rather than individualized. Many of the qualities people do not seek in a doctor or doctor's appointments.
Our clinic is very busy, but this is done to help prevent several months wait time for visits. For this, I do apologize. All x-rays and MRIs are reviewed at each visit for each patient. If the patient wants to review them together, please ask and it will be accommodated. Lastly, spine surgery and surgical results are not straight forward. Conservative and holistic care will always be my first options. Those seeking surgery as a first option or opioid management may leave disappointed.

Very unprofessional. Horrible bedside manner! Went against every doctor I had previously gone to.
As we are not a tertiary referral facility, we see very few patients from Texas. I'm not certain if this comment is based on my current practice or a reflection of an experience Bob had at the site of my fellowship. Fellows are directed to provide care in a specific manner from their mentors. I apologize if indeed we had a negative experience / interaction. If you need further assistance in the future, my staff and I are happy to assist you.

Gave paperwork earlier so doctor get info needed from three other prestigious doctors daughter has seen. Office lost all paperwork & didn't get Any information from well-known doctors. Dr.Nalley saw NO ISSUES when daughter has been diagnosed by three different well-known doctors with issues inquired about. My husband & I told we needed to remain pro-active in her care. He referenced Munchausen Syndrome w/out ANY knowledge/records-Stated-no issues. Unknowledgeable Physician-NO bedside manner!
The young patient has been to see many doctors that have offered various diagnoses and treatments. Some advice has been followed by the family. Some has not. The patient's mother is simply trying to raise the healthiest child possible. My suggestions to allow a child more growth and activity was poorly conveyed and received. I apologize for the frustration and your experience. I'm happy to provide any future support needed.
